It is my first time at Tony & Brothers. Got wheel alignment done for my A4. Alignment was not satisfactory initially, they made sure that it is fixed and perfect.

They are genuine professionals who care about their image and the cars then making more money from duping customers. They do a good job on the cars and can almost do any work on german cars (except paint), I have getting my car serviced here from last 4-5 years and never had any complaints.

These guys were great, dealt with Manuel and Lou to get my daughter's bug checked out. They were honest in their evaluation of the situation, and let us make the decision to proceed with more exploratory repairs or bite the buillet. We concluded the car was not worth the additional investment, and had it towed off their lot. They were very helpful in getting the car removed, and did not charge for any exorbitant fees for doing so. If i ever get a german car again, i'm coming back to Tony and Brothers.

Tony & Brothers are the best Mercedes repair shop in the Bay Area. Lou and Alex always take care of my Mercedes ML and are great to work with.

Knowledgeable and honest people here. There's no 'up' selling to make an extra buck. The opposite is true. Lou and Alex will talk you out of unnecessary work. They are invested in having a healthy long term relationship with their customers and it shows in the time they take to explain in detail what needs to be done and how much it'll cost. They are also a true 'mom and pop' shop.

Delivered on everything they promised. Very fair pricing. Excellent communication.
