On my way home, I noticed a noise coming from one of my tires. Lou immediately offered for me to come back anytime for a quick check. He diagnosed the noise as being caused by wear on my old tires. He even rotated my tires for free and assured me the noise would subside over time due to the uneven wear. Even though the noise wasn't related to the work they performed, Lou went above and beyond to address my concerns and offer a solution. I'm definitely returning to Tony Brothers in the future. I'm so relieved to have found a trustworthy mechanic for my cars who genuinely cares about their work.
