this is the first time I had my BMW repaired at this garage. I had a cooler pipe and a piece of cover under front bumper broken after I hit a box on the highway. when I picked the car up, Lou showed me what were the parts he replaced, what were the parts still functional and don't need to be replaced.( not like other places they replace everything some of them were unnecessary). and they only changed me for half hour lab, they told me that it only needs half hour to replace. I was a mechanical engineer, after I looked at the fix, I believe what Lou told me was the truth. they are very honest. I will do this place next time if I need service.
